
Dr James Chestnut
Dr. Chestnut holds a Bachelor of Physical Education degree, a Master of Science degree in exercise physiology with a specialization in neuromuscular adaptation, is a Doctor of Chiropractic, and holds a post-graduate Certification in Evidence-Based Chiropractic and Lifestyle Protocols. Dr. Chestnut received numerous academic awards of distinction during his undergraduate and graduate studies.
After graduating as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Chestnut wrote a book entitled ‘The 14 Foundational Premises’ summarizing the neurophysiological and musculoskeletal effects of the vertebral subluxation complex and the chiropractic adjustment that received an award of distinction from the International Chiropractors Association for its significant contribution to the scientific literature validating chiropractic. It is amongst the best-selling chiropractic books in history. Dr. Chestnut is also the author of five other books including his latest book on the indissoluble relationship between lifestyle, epigenetic expression, and health entitled, Live Right for Your Species Type. He also publishes a monthly Research Review where he summarizes, methodologically critiques, and explains the clinical relevance of peer-reviewed publications.
Dr. Chestnut recently developed the Evidence-Based Chiropractic and Lifestyle Clinical Protocols which include evidence-based, VSC/segmental dysfunction centric spinal health exams, reports, and patient education; these protocols are in use in chiropractic offices around the world. Dr. Chestnut also developed, wrote the texts, and still teaches the evidence-based chiropractic and lifestyle provider post-graduate certification program accredited through the International Chiropractors Association (ICA).
Dr. Chestnut has received numerous awards of distinction for his academic achievements and for his texts, his program, and his teaching. He presently holds the position of Chair of the International Chiropractors Association (ICA) Council on Evidence-Based Chiropractic and Lifestyle and is a member of the ICA Committee on Chiropractic Postgraduate Education. He is also on the Clinical Advisory Panel of the Australian Spinal Research Foundation.

Dr Shawn Dill
Dr. Shawn Dill is a 1995 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. For eight years Dr. Dill practiced in the country of Costa Rica, where along with establishing six upper cervical clinics, he also authored the law that regulates the practice of chiropractic in the country.
Since returning to the United States, Dr. Dill has become a noted authority in Upper Cervical Specific. He teaches around the world with The Art of the Specific, having taught many of today’s leaders in Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractic.
He is the President of The Specific Chiropractic Centers, an upper cervical chiropractic franchise, which now operates sixteen Knee Chest Upper Cervical Specific clinics. Many people know him for his work with The Black Diamond Club where he consults with over 500 service professionals helping them to leverage marketing, sales and mindset strategies to grow their business and serve more people.
Dr. Dill is a former member of the faculty at Life Chiropractic College West serving as the Director of the Institute for Advanced Care in Chiropractic. He is also the former Chair of the Council on Upper Cervical Care of the International Chiropractors Association. Currently Dr. Dill serves on the Board of Governors of the Australian Spinal Research Foundation and is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations and serves on the Sherman College of Chiropractic Board of Trustees.

Dr Bettina Tornatora

Bettina is passionate about supporting all to thrive in their lives. Bettina held the role of the Australian Chiropractors Association Women in Chiropractic Committee for 3 years. She was also recognised by the association as the national Chiropractor of the year for 2017 for her contribution to the profession.
Bettina has been practicing Chiropractic for 26 years and graduated from RMIT in Melbourne. She is passionate about Chiropractic and its impact on greater health. She loves communicating health and wellbeing messages and the ripple effect of doing that in an outstanding way. Bettina practices with her husband Jim and has a practice in Melbourne Australia.
In recent years Bettina has spoken in many different capacities. At professional seminars, in her practice running internal workshops and in the practices of others. She has done several facilitation roles on the area of growth and empowerment and now runs full day seminars on personal growth for parents and educators. Rod Grant
Rod Grant was born in Scotland to an English mother and Scottish father who had met and married during World War 2. In his early career, he established an award-winning restaurant with his brother before turning to the world of education. He has worked in schools for over 30 years, both in the private and state-maintained sector. Currently, he is the headmaster of Clifton Hall School, an independent school in Edinburgh which educates pupils from age 3 to 18. He writes articles for the national press and educational journals as well as being a regular contributor to BBC Radio Scotland programmes. He is the author of Success Decoded a self-help guide aimed at older teenagers (and adults!) and is co-writer of the Musical A Man’s A Man, which will tour Scotland in September and October of this year. He is married to Helen and has one son and three step-children.
Dr Lacey Book
Dr. Lacey Book graduated Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West. During her internship at the Institute for Advanced Care in Chiropractic, she received additional advanced, post-doctorate training through the “That Something” Coaching Program making her a part of a select group of chiropractors providing Knee Chest Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractic Care. She has also completed The Art of the Specific to further her expertise in the technique.
Dr. Book also works with her husband, Dr. Shawn Dill, helping service professionals reach more people through marketing, sales and mindset strategies.
